Canine First Aid Refresher Course

Refresh your skills and renew your certificate.

Just as human first aid certification must be kept up to date so must the canine first response (CFR).

The Canine First Responder refresher course is for those whose 2 year certificate has lapsed or is coming close to lapsing. Refresh the skills needed to gain your renewal certificate for a further two years. Proof of Prior Certification within the last two years required for enrolling on this refresher.

• You must hold the Canine Emergency First Responder (CFR) certificate. This certificate must be in date with an allowance of 28 days over the expiry date which you will provide on the day of the refresher course.
• The certificate must have been issued from a provider registered with MJ First Aid Training who are the only organisation authorised to issue canine first responder certificates. The cert will have the CFR Logo on it.
• If you have attended and completed your Canine First Responder course with Dog Training Ireland then you are eligible for the refresher course as our Instructors are registered with MJ First Aid Training.
• You must bring your previous certificate with you on the day.

On completing the refresher course, you will be presented with a Renewal Certificate.
